Setzer Plumbing is family owned and operated, run by Brian and Lisa Setzer out of Snohomish, Washington. Multiple family members are on the crew — the people who answer the phone are the people on the job.
We serve King and Snohomish County, residential and commercial, across the full range of the trade: everyday repairs and drain cleaning through new-construction rough-ins, radiant floor heating, geothermal systems and fire sprinklers. It is a wide span of work, and we keep all of it in-house.

King County and Snohomish County. We are based in Snohomish on Westwick Road and take both residential and commercial work across the two counties.
Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes. We hold an active Washington general contractor licence (SETZEP*825JL) and a journey-level plumbing contractor licence (SETZEP*790NU), both with Washington State. We carry surety bonds and $1,000,000 in liability insurance, and we are glad to provide the details before work begins.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Call during those hours and you will reach the family and the crew directly.
